  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allowing them to crackle. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. 2. Stir in the green chilies and diced mixed vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. Add tamarind paste and mix thoroughly.
