- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Fresh Cream
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, then add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
- 5. Toss in the chopped green bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, maintaining a slight crunch in the peppers.
- 6. Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix it gently with the spice mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala over the paneer and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream for a creamy texture.
