Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, then add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
  5. 5. Toss in the chopped green bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, maintaining a slight crunch in the peppers.
