Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Ghee
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough, adding more yogurt if necessary. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and green chilies, sauté until onions are translucent.
- 3. Stir in tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are aromatic.
- 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors. Turn off the heat and stir in lemon juice and coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool completely.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into small circles. Place a spoonful of paneer bhurji mixture in the center and fold the edges to seal. Roll out gently into stuffed parathas.
- 6. Heat a tawa or skillet on medium heat. Cook each paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side, applying ghee as needed, until golden brown and cooked through.
