Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough, adding more yogurt if necessary. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and green chilies, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are aromatic.
  4. 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors. Turn off the heat and stir in lemon juice and coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool completely.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into small circles. Place a spoonful of paneer bhurji mixture in the center and fold the edges to seal. Roll out gently into stuffed parathas.
