- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- 2. Heat the oil or ghee in a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan, sautéing until the onion turns translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick masala base.
- 5. Lower the heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan, gently stirring and scrambling the mixture with the masala until the eggs are just cooked and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over the eggs, stir gently, and cook for another minute to blend the flavors.
