Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 250 G Kabuli Chana
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Then, add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  4. 4. Add the diced bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes to retain its crunch.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cooked chickpeas, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi, mixing well. Cook for another 2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
