Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 250 G Kabuli Chana
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Then, add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- 4. Add the diced bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes to retain its crunch.
- 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and cooked chickpeas, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi, mixing well. Cook for another 2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas, rotis, or toasted bread.
