- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds.

- 4. Toss in the diced green and red bell peppers along with the slit green chilies. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle in the garam masala, kasuri methi, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot in bowls for a hearty breakfast.
