  • 500 g Poha
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Green Peas
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha in cold water for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it absorbs some moisture but remains firm. Set it aside to drain completely.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, letting them crackle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, around 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomatoes, carrot, peas, and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables in spices.
