- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

- 1. Cook the rice sevai according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
