Ingredients

  • 200 g Roasted Chana Dal
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Urad Dal
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. In a blender, combine grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, salt, and yogurt. Blend into a smooth paste and set aside in a serving bowl.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
