- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chili to the pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add the green bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Mix in the tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and stir well to coat it evenly with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined. Season with salt to taste.
- 6. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over the mixture and give it a final stir. Remove from heat.
- 7. Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden and crispy. Divide the paneer bhurji mixture evenly among the bread slices, spreading it generously.
