- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the marinade, ensuring all ingredients are well coated. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mixture and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the paneer is slightly charred.
- 4. Toast the bread slices with butter in a separate pan until golden and crisp.
- 5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the tandoori veggie masala evenly onto two bread slices. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and close with the remaining bread slices.
- 6. Cut the sandwiches into halves and serve warm.
