Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Onion
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50 g Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated paneer for 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes each.
- 6. To assemble, spread a thin layer of mint-coriander chutney on each paratha. Add a portion of sautéed vegetables, paneer, and shredded lettuce.
- 7. Roll the parathas tightly into wraps and serve immediately.
