  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50 g Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated paneer for 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes each.
  6. 6. To assemble, spread a thin layer of mint-coriander chutney on each paratha. Add a portion of sautéed vegetables, paneer, and shredded lettuce.
  7. 7. Roll the parathas tightly into wraps and serve immediately.
