Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 400 g Curd
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- Pcs Fortune Besan 200gms
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt, and water to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Set aside.
- 2. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté onion, tomato, and capsicum for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add crumbled paneer, tandoori masala, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes and mix in coriander leaves. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the besan batter, spreading it into a thin cheela. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 4. Place a portion of the tandoori paneer filling in the center of each cheela and roll it tightly into a wrap.
- 5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling. Serve warm with chutney or yogurt on the side.
