Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Poha
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 500 g Onion
- 500g Organic Tattva Raw Peanuts / Groundnuts 500 G
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the poha in a colander under running water until soft, then set aside to drain.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade. Add the paneer cubes, coat well, and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until lightly golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then, add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- 5. Add turmeric powder and the drained poha to the pan. Mix well to coat the poha with the spices, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Add the cooked paneer, roasted peanuts, and salt to the poha. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- 7. Turn off the heat and squeeze lemon juice over the poha. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
- 8. Serve warm and enjoy this hearty and flavorful breakfast dish.
