Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Poha
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500g Organic Tattva Raw Peanuts / Groundnuts 500 G
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha in a colander under running water until soft, then set aside to drain.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade. Add the paneer cubes, coat well, and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until lightly golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then, add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped onion. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder and the drained poha to the pan. Mix well to coat the poha with the spices, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  6. 6. Add the cooked paneer, roasted peanuts, and salt to the poha. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat and squeeze lemon juice over the poha. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
