Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 500 g Onion
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently coat them. Let the paneer marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, heat another 1 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a few seconds.
- 5. Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then, add bell pepper and tomato, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still retain their crunch.
- 6. Return the cooked paneer to the pan, gently mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 7. Adjust salt as needed, garnish with freshly chopped coriander, and serve hot with parathas or toasted bread.
