Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 100G Oleo
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to form a marinade.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred and smoky. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Add the cooked paneer back into the pan with the vegetables, toss gently, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. 6. Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
