Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 100G Oleo
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to form a marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred and smoky. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with a pinch of salt.
- 5. Add the cooked paneer back into the pan with the vegetables, toss gently, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 6. Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
