  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped tomato, capsicum, and grated carrot for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
  2. 2. Add tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan, stirring well to coat the vegetables with spices.
  3. 3. Stir in rolled oats and cook for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast them and enhance their flavor.
