Ingredients

  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing hung curd, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and a pinch of salt. Coat the chicken evenly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat a grill pan or oven at 200°C. Cook the marinated chicken for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Prepare the salad by combining shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle chaat masala, and add salt to taste. Toss gently to mix.
