Ingredients
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Red Chilli Powder
- Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
- 100 g Salt
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing hung curd, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and a pinch of salt. Coat the chicken evenly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat a grill pan or oven at 200°C. Cook the marinated chicken for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Prepare the salad by combining shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle chaat masala, and add salt to taste. Toss gently to mix.
- 4. Arrange the salad on serving plates and top with the sliced tandoori chicken. Garnish with extra coriander leaves and serve immediately for a fresh, flavorful meal.
