Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
  4. 4. Warm the parathas on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
  5. 5. Assemble the rolls by placing sliced chicken, onions, cucumber, mint leaves, and cilantro in the center of each paratha. Drizzle with yogurt sauce (optional) for added tanginess.
