- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- 4. Warm the parathas on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- 5. Assemble the rolls by placing sliced chicken, onions, cucumber, mint leaves, and cilantro in the center of each paratha. Drizzle with yogurt sauce (optional) for added tanginess.
