- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 g Dahi
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, tandoori masala, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and shred the chicken.
- 3. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, add chopped onion, green chili, and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- 5. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and scramble gently until just set.
- 6. Add the shredded chicken to the pan, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with toasted bread or parathas.
