  • 190 g Schezwan Sauce
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly, then pat dry. Toss the prawns with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to coat evenly.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add the red and green bell peppers along with the shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and add the Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Return the prawns to the wok and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to glaze the prawns.
  6. 6. Remove the dish from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
