Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 190 g Schezwan Sauce
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly, then pat dry. Toss the prawns with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to coat evenly.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same wok, add the red and green bell peppers along with the shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Lower the heat and add the Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Return the prawns to the wok and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to glaze the prawns.
- 6. Remove the dish from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
