  • 1 kg Sweet Potato
  • 500 g Black Beans
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Til
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
