- 1 kg Sweet Potato
- 500 g Black Beans
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Til
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- 2. In a skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
- 3. Add the boiled or canned black beans to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the beans are coated in the spices. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt and black pepper if needed.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the dressing. Set it aside.
