- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Chicken Breast
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 100 g Til
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Cornflour
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 50 g Honey
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Lower the heat to medium and stir in the Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss well to coat it evenly with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
