  • 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 10 pcs Hen Fruit -10 Jumbo Size Antibiotic Free Speciality Eggs
  • 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
  • 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
  • 300 g (300 g) Veeba Barbeque Smoked Oak Dressing
  • 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. 1. Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Arrange peppers on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Broil peppers in the preheated oven until bubbling and skin becomes blackened, 5 to 10 minutes per side. Remove from oven and transfer peppers to a bowl of ice water; set aside for skin to loosen from peppers, about 10 minutes. Remove peppers from water, peel blackened skin, and remove seeds.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  4. 4. Place peeled peppers and pitted raisins in a food processor; pulse until evenly combined.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, mix the pepper-raisin mixture, ground beef, cream cheese, 1/4 cup barbeque sauce, bread crumbs, and egg until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce evenly over the top.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until no longer pink in the center. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
