Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 500 g Anmara Artisanal Pasta, Organic Fettuccine, Hard Durum Wheat
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 900 G Chua Hah Seng Thai Chilly Paste
- 250 g Tops Dark Soy Sauce
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add 1 onion, thinly sliced, and sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced, and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add 200 g of cabbage, thinly sliced. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and cook, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is softened and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of chili paste, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook 250 g of fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the cabbage and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 7. Transfer the stir-fried cabbage and fettuccine to a serving dish. Garnish with 2 green onions, chopped, and serve immediately.
