Ingredients
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
- 800 g Sunny Sun Lite Refined Sunflower Oil
- 200 g Tata Sampann Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds (Whole Spices) (Jeera)
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1 head of cabbage and thinly slice 1 red bell pepper.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin to the hot oil. Stir for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 4. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables in the spices.
- 5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and salt to taste over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
- 6. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but not mushy.
- 7. Remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to let any excess moisture evaporate.
- 8. Serve hot as a main dish or alongside roti or rice for a complete meal.
