  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped green chili and tomato to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the tomato softens and forms a base.
