  • 250 g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 50 g Honey
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Basil Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 200 g Black Salt
  • - Baby Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Set aside.
  2. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cube the fresh mozzarella. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces if they are large.
