- 250 g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Salt
- - Basil Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 200 g Black Salt
- - Baby Tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Set aside.
- 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cube the fresh mozzarella. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces if they are large.
- 3. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing tamarind pulp, honey, olive oil, roasted cumin powder, black salt, salt, and red chili flakes. Whisk until well combined.
- 4. In a large salad bowl, layer the spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, and basil leaves.
