Ingredients
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook 2 cups of spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 4 teaspoons finely chopped spring onion, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until well combined.
- 4. Stir in 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Add the cooked spinach and 12 ounces of cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- 6. Transfer the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
- 8. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese over the casserole before serving.
