Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
  • 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
  • 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
  • 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook 2 cups of spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 4 teaspoons finely chopped spring onion, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until well combined.
  4. 4. Stir in 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5. Add the cooked spinach and 12 ounces of cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. 7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
  8. 8. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese over the casserole before serving.
