  • 450 g Black Sliced Olive
  • 6pc Farm Fresh Eggs 6pc Box
  • Pcs Dr Oet Veg Mayonnaise
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 370 G Covinordijon Mustard Paste
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Place 4 large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. 4. Finely chop 50g cooked and seasoned chicken (or bacon) and mix it into the yolk mixture.
  5. 5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, filling each cavity generously.
  6. 6. Cut 8-10 black olives into halves for spider bodies and thin slices for spider legs.
  7. 7. Decorate each deviled egg by placing an olive half on top of the yolk mixture as the spider body. Arrange 8 olive slices around it as spider legs.
  8. 8. Chill the eggs in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
