- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Green Peas
- - Fresh Cream

- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Rava
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan over medium heat until lightly golden and aromatic. Set aside.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and finely chopped green chili.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then, stir in the tomato, carrot, and green peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt into the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Gradually stir in the roasted semolina, mixing constantly to avoid lumps. Add coconut milk and continue stirring.
- 6. Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes on low heat, allowing the semolina to absorb the liquid and become fluffy.
- 7. Garnish with freshly grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Mix gently and serve hot.
