Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Green Peas
  • - Fresh Cream
  • - Grated Coconut
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Rava
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan over medium heat until lightly golden and aromatic. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and finely chopped green chili.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then, stir in the tomato, carrot, and green peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt into the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Gradually stir in the roasted semolina, mixing constantly to avoid lumps. Add coconut milk and continue stirring.
