  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the tawa or a flat griddle over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once heated, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  2. 2. Add finely sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and chopped tomato, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften but retain some crunch.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with spices.
  5. 5. Gently add the paneer cubes and toss everything together, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is warmed through and lightly charred.
