- 200 g Paneer
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the tawa or a flat griddle over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once heated, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- 2. Add finely sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and chopped tomato, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften but retain some crunch.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with spices.
- 5. Gently add the paneer cubes and toss everything together, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is warmed through and lightly charred.
- 6. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves and a drizzle of lemon juice for brightness. Mix well.
- 7. Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by whole wheat bread or roti for a wholesome breakfast.
