- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and blend into a thick mixture, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the tomato-onion base. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over the paneer mixture. Stir well and cook for another minute before turning off the heat.
- 6. Butter the slices of bread and toast them on the same tawa until golden and crisp, approximately 2 minutes per side.
- 7. Assemble by evenly spreading the paneer bhurji over the toast slices and serve immediately.
