Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Salt
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 250 g Carrot
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp oil, and enough water to knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, mix the finely chopped spinach, grated carrot, capsicum, mashed green peas, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger paste, and salt to form the stuffing.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball. Flatten each ball slightly and roll it into a small circle using a rolling pin.
- 4. Place a spoonful of the vegetable stuffing in the center of the rolled dough. Gather the edges to seal the stuffing inside and roll it gently into a medium-sized paratha.
- 5. Heat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear.
- 6. Flip the paratha and apply a small amount of oil on the cooked side. Flip again and apply oil on the other side as well. Cook until both sides are golden brown and evenly cooked.
- 7. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve the hot parathas with yogurt or pickle for a complete breakfast.
