  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a thick paste.
  4. 4. Add the minced chicken and salt, mixing well, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt and garam masala, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
