- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in the tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a thick paste.
- 4. Add the minced chicken and salt, mixing well, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 5. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt and garam masala, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the chicken keema and remove from heat.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat rolls on a dry tawa for 2-3 minutes until soft and pliable.
- 8. Fill each roll with the spicy chicken keema mixture, wrapping tightly, and serve immediately.
