Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a tawa (flat pan) over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 4. In the same tawa, sauté sliced onion, green chili, and curry leaves until fragrant and slightly caramelized.
- 5. Assemble the dish by placing the cooked chicken and sautéed onions on a plate and serve alongside warm, flaky parottas.
