- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Carrot
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Tortilla Wraps
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for about 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the masala is well combined.
- 4. Add the chicken pieces to the tawa and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 5. Reduce heat and mix in the yogurt and garam masala. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the chicken mixture and remove from heat.
- 7. Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet. Place a portion of shredded lettuce, julienned carrots, and the spicy chicken filling onto each tortilla.
