  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and mix them with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a tawa over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the mixture softens into a thick masala base.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the tawa and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, then mix well.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt, and pour onto the pan to make a thin omelet. Place one slice of bread on the omelet while it’s still cooking, then flip to toast the bread. Repeat for the remaining slices.
  5. 5. To assemble, serve the spicy tawa chicken alongside the egg toast. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired.
