- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and mix them with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a tawa over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the mixture softens into a thick masala base.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken to the tawa and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, then mix well.
- 4. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt, and pour onto the pan to make a thin omelet. Place one slice of bread on the omelet while it’s still cooking, then flip to toast the bread. Repeat for the remaining slices.
- 5. To assemble, serve the spicy tawa chicken alongside the egg toast. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired.
