- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
- 2. Add the boiled chickpeas to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chickpeas for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly crispy and aromatic. Set aside.
- 4. Prepare the yogurt-mint dressing by blending the remaining yogurt with mint leaves, coriander leaves, a dash of salt, and a tablespoon of water until smooth.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a hot griddle for 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
- 6. Assemble the wrap by layering shredded lettuce, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and the cooked chickpeas on the roti. Drizzle with yogurt-mint dressing.
- 7. Roll the roti tightly to form a wrap, securing it with parchment paper or toothpicks if necessary. Serve immediately.
