Ingredients
- 500 Grms Ragi / Nachni Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Grated Coconut
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, rice flour, yogurt, and water to create a smooth dosa batter. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Stir in cumin seeds, green chili, carrot, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder into the batter.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thin to form a dosa. Cook until crispy on both sides and transfer to a plate.
- 4. For the chutney, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped tomato, grated coconut, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 minutes and blend into a smooth chutney.
- 5. Serve the ragi dosas hot with the prepared spicy coconut chutney.
