- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and warm water to create a crumbly, moist texture. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chili, sautéing until aromatic.
- 3. Add crumbled paneer, turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. In a puttu steamer, layer the rice flour mixture and grated coconut alternately. Steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 5. Once the puttu is steamed, transfer to a serving plate and crumble gently.
- 6. Mix the steamed puttu with the paneer mixture, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
