- 500 g Moong Dal
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- loose Ginger
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt

- 1. Wash the green gram and millet thoroughly, then soak them in water for 6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Drain the soaked grains and blend them into a smooth batter along with green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, and salt, adding minimal water for consistency.
- 3. Mix in the finely chopped onion and fresh coriander to the batter for added texture and flavor.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
