  • 500 g Moong Dal
  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • loose Ginger
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt

  1. 1. Wash the green gram and millet thoroughly, then soak them in water for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked grains and blend them into a smooth batter along with green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, and salt, adding minimal water for consistency.
