- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

- 1. In a bowl, mix tikka masala spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice, and chili powder to create a marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the marinated vegetables and paneer for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
- 4. Blend mint leaves, plain yogurt, roasted cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to create a creamy mint yogurt sauce.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat wraps on a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until soft and pliable.
- 6. Assemble the wraps by spreading the mint yogurt sauce, adding the cooked tikka vegetables and paneer, then rolling tightly.
