Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix tikka masala spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice, and chili powder to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the marinated vegetables and paneer for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
