Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100G Oleo
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat, and lightly sauté the paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same tawa, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil begins to separate from the mixture.
- 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
- 5. Lower the heat and slowly add the whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Add the sautéed paneer cubes, salt, and garam masala. Mix gently to coat the paneer in the gravy and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle kasuri methi over the curry and give it a final stir. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve hot with rotis, naan, or steamed rice for a delicious and hearty meal.
