Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100G Oleo
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat, and lightly sauté the paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same tawa, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil begins to separate from the mixture.
  4. 4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and slowly add the whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the sautéed paneer cubes, salt, and garam masala. Mix gently to coat the paneer in the gravy and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle kasuri methi over the curry and give it a final stir. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rotis, naan, or steamed rice for a delicious and hearty meal.
