  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the diced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Then, add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and the mixture starts releasing oil.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and crushed black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes to blend the spices.
  5. 5. Add the cubed paneer to the pan and gently mix to coat with the spice mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  6. 6. Stir in the fresh cream and adjust salt to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes until the filling is creamy and well combined.
