- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- - Green Chutney
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1 minute.
- 4. Add chopped tomato and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 5-6 minutes.
- 5. Mix in crumbled paneer, salt, and yogurt; stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- 6. Warm the rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
- 7. Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on each roti, then add the paneer masala mixture in the center.
- 8. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, roll tightly into wraps, and serve warm.
