  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • - Besan
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt. Gradually add yogurt to form a smooth batter. Adjust consistency by adding more yogurt if needed.
