- 200 g Paneer
- 50G Green Chilies
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- - Besan
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt. Gradually add yogurt to form a smooth batter. Adjust consistency by adding more yogurt if needed.
- 2. Add the grated paneer, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves into the batter. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
