  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 g Methi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then mix in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are softened and the mixture forms a thick base.
  4. 4. Add the chopped methi leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes until the leaves wilt and blend into the masala.
  5. 5. Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
