- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Methi
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then mix in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 3. Stir in the tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are softened and the mixture forms a thick base.
- 4. Add the chopped methi leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes until the leaves wilt and blend into the masala.
- 5. Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste. Stir well and cook for another minute.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas, bread, or as is for a nutritious breakfast.
