  • 250 g Mutton
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Add the mutton pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mutton is cooked through and slightly charred.
