- 100 g Til
- 500 g Brown Sugar
- 100 g Garlic

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Soak the bamboo skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.

- 3. Thread chicken pieces and spring onion chunks onto the soaked skewers, alternating between the two.
- 4. Brush the skewers generously with the spicy miso marinade, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- 5. Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the marinade to enhance flavor.
- 6. Once the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
- 7. Serve the Spicy Miso Chicken Yakitori hot, accompanied by steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
